Excellent location and the premises remind you of an era gone by. Very easy to get around and not too far from the airport either. The bits that we will remember however are the staff members who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Narain, who is one of the servers at the restaurant, is helpful, friendly and pays attention to the small details. I hope the management team note this as he definitely has a knack for serving customers with a smile - even when things get busy! I also want to say thanks to Ankit at the front desk, who was always available to help out especially when we had some challenges with connectivity and also when we had a delayed flight…..his help made us all just a bit easier for us all. Thanks to both and the staff in general, who were welcoming and hospitable.

Everything was Perfect. We were 11 family members. Location at city center. All tourist points accessible. Rooms, Toilet and surrounding very clean. Washrooms had almost all facilities. Breakfast was good. We also had Dinner which was good. You will get Autos just outside hotel.(autos are better to roam around since road are very narrow). Staff was welcoming.

Cleanliness of rooms is maintained at the highest levels. I recommend everyone to stay once when in Udaipur. Nearness to Pichhola lake and palace compound helps in quick site seeing.

the hotel is located at a great place, very close to the city place, most importantly it is an extended property of the City palace - the Vintage car gallery is an integral part of the hotel & within the premises! what else do you want !!
